Lorenzo and his team were with me every step of the way while wedding planning from helping me find a venue, helping me determine how much to tip and everything in between. The entire PMW team were very responsive, responding to my messages promptly regardless of the time of day (especially important for those wedding planning while also working a regular 9-5 job!!). Since I had a destination wedding, I leaned heavily on Lorenzo to help me find quality local vendors within my budget - I was very impressed with every single vendor I worked with, it was also extra helpful to have a vendor team that had strong relationships with PMW. Lorenzo was especially helpful when I needed help being decisive - using his past experiences and the knowledge of my vision to steer me in the right direction. PMW also went above and beyond by helping to plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Our rehearsal dinner location canceled day of the wedding (a shock to us all) and Lorenzo&team were quick to help us pivot and stay calm - never would have been able to handle such a "hiccup" without them! Also special shoutout to Emily who was always happy to hop on a facetime with me to talk through ideas and to do lists. If I were to do it all over again, I would do it exactly the same and 10000% would have PMW on my team!

Working with the PMW team was an incredible experience! PMW was recommended to us by our friends who had used them for their destination wedding in Tulum, and after meeting with them for our first call, we knew they would be perfect. As a gay couple planning a destination wedding, we knew working with them would be a great experience and we're so grateful for their representation. We started working with them ~17 months before our wedding. From driving us around looking at venues, to vendor connections and communications, to design inspiration/recommendations, budget planning, tastings, picking up things for our welcome bags, and of course the wedding day--they made every step easy and executed our vision flawlessly. We were able to be in communication with them so easily, including multiple calls, texts, and emails. While we were not there, Lorenzo even went to confirm some of the event sites and sent videos/facetimed us so we could see. On the day of the wedding, they were there ensuring everything was being done perfectly, communicating with all vendors, assisting with guests, decorating and perfecting the final details.
