Nay was amazing! I can’t recommend her and her planning enough. She made my dream wedding come true and helped with all the design and planning!

Nay is such a magical person to know and work with. We eloped in Tulum in March of 2023, after a less than ideal experience trying to plan a ceremony in the U.S. I reached out to Nay looking for recommendations in the Tulum area, and she agreed to take us on as a client despite her full schedule. What a blessing this was! With this not being my original plan for a wedding, I felt overwhelmed at where to start or what my vision was. Nay took the lead and coordinated such an intimate, special experience for us that we will forever cherish. She is professional, knowledgable, organized, creative, and personable. She went above and beyond to create a wedding ceremony tailored just for us. She even went on to coordinate a special surprise to close out our elopement ceremony, which was so sentimental. Her beautiful relationship with all of the vendors made the experience feel so seamless and personal. She is someone you will meet and instantly feel like you have known forever, which is a sense of comfort that you hope to find in a planner who is coordinating such a special life event. Coming from Louisiana to Tulum, Nay gave us a moment in time where we felt surrounded by people we had just met but felt like we had already known. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her and HIGHLY recommend her. We'd choose her time and time again!

Nay was amazing! We hired her for our May 2023 wedding in Tulum. We live in Texas. She really did make it so easy to find vendors and when needed, helped communicate with them (there were times she stood up to a couple vendors, who weren't listening to me). She gives you a list of vendors to choose from for everything and she has a great relationship with most of them, so that makes it nice! Any time I emailed her, she responded very quickly. She even responded once on her vacation just to make sure I knew she received the email. She also gives you a few excel spreadsheets that helped me organize and check off everything! She is so sweet and kind, and has a very warm, calming energy. I very much recommend Nay - I was really worried about having to plan a wedding in another country and she made it so much easier! <3

We knew we wanted a destination wedding as it aligns with our passion for traveling. Nay was a blessing! I had done a lot of independent research on venues, but the locals know the best secrets! She helped us find the perfect location for our day. One that I would have not otherwise found myself. She connected us to all of our vendors, florist, photo/video, DJ. And it’s clear that they all work effectively together. She saved me a lot of time and energy having to research and find all of these people individually. And then, of course, on the big day, she was behind-the-scenes making sure everything went perfectly. Somehow we were one table short but she creatively and effectively troubleshooted and no one was the wiser! Nay is a professional! She is smart, sweet, creative, and a hard worker. It really was our pleasure working with her! She was an integral part in our wedding.

I was planning my Tulum wedding and I hired Nay as my wedding coordinator. Since I am living in a California this was a must for me, being able to use someone I can trust to help me create my dream wedding was essential. Hiring Nay was the best decision o made and made my wedding planning so much easier, not only for the planning process but also for the day of the wedding. I felt I had someone really having my back so that I didn’t have to stress. She made everything so perfect for us and I couldn’t thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. To this day I can look back at our special day and having nothing but beautiful memories that I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you Nay, you’re the BEST!
